Each tank comes equipped with a factory pre-installed water sparge header (perforated steam injection manifold), designed for seamless, direct connection to our low-pressure steam generators. This allows efficient direct steam sparging (injection) into the water for rapid, uniform heating.

Stainless steel construction (especially 304SS or 316SS) provides exceptional long service life by resisting corrosion, oxidation, and wear—even under high temperatures, humid conditions, or exposure to chemically aggressive elements common in ready-mix and precast facilities.
