DIRECT FIRED HIGH EFFICIENCY INDUSTRIAL STEAM GENERATORS

Our low-pressure steam generator features a robust mixer-burner integrated with a durable, refractory-lined combustion chamber. This design delivers superior safety, efficiency, and numerous advantages over traditional steam generation systems.

The process begins by forcing air and fuel into the mixer-burner, where the mixture is ignited upon entering the combustion chamber for complete (100%) combustion. As the hot exhaust gases exit the chamber, water is precisely sprayed in, producing instant steam on demand.

A key efficiency boost comes from harnessing the non-condensable stack gases—instead of venting them as waste, the system combines them with the steam to capture additional energy, significantly maximizing overall thermal performance.
